Pho Pete's sake!

I'm sorry, but I'm going to keep calling pho "fou," not "fah." I know it's technically wrong, but "fou" sounds better to my ears, and at this point I'm too committed to change.

Besides, no matter how you pronounce it, it's absolutely delicious. Especially during the winter. A hot bowl of pho can thaw out your soul, clear your sinuses, and make you forget about the freezing weather outside.

Call it pho. Call it fou. Call it magical noodle soup. I'm still eating it.

And that's pho sure! 😅
