I'm at an age where old people call me kid and teenagers call me an old man 😭
Stuck in the middle.
If I say "sorry about the mess" in my house or car, I'm really not sorry. It's something we have to say out of common courtesy. Plus, my car and house are like 95% clean most of the time. So I have to apologize for the 5% mess? For Pete's sake.
